Christine Buckler is an associate with Caldwell, Carlson, Elliott & DeLoach, focusing her practice on estate planning, probate and administration, and trust, estate, and business litigation. In litigation, Christine has worked on a variety of cases including will contests, breach of fiduciary duty claims, business disputes, and appeals. In her time at the firm, Christine has assisted with some of the firm’s most significant matters, including a widely publicized legal malpractice case brought against a large international law firm headquartered in Atlanta in which Caldwell, Carlson, Elliott & DeLoach obtained over a $1.9 million verdict in favor of its client following a two-week jury trial.
In 2014 Christine graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Digital and Broadcast Journalism. Christine joined the firm in 2017 after receiving her law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She is admitted to practice in all trial and appellate courts in Georgia, as well as in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Christine resides with her family in Sandy Springs, Georgia. She is actively involved in community organizations, including the Sandy Springs Perimeter Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Sandy Springs, the Alumni Board of Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School, and the Holy Innocents’ Episcopal Church.
