Donna Crawford joined Caldwell, Carlson, Elliott & DeLoach as Of Counsel in 2023, and her practice focuses on estate planning and counseling businesses regarding general corporate matters.
For over twenty-five years, Donna has assisted business clients and their owners on corporate law matters, from formation and management of their business to the sale or succession of their business to new ownership. Donna has handled many business purchases and sales, and she serves as outside general counsel for clients by handling all corporate legal matters and advising regarding a broad spectrum of business-related contracts. In addition, Donna’s practice specializes in estate planning, including the preparation of Wills and Trusts.
Donna received her B.A. summa cum laude from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. She attended the University of Georgia School of Law and graduated Cum Laude. While attending the University of Georgia, Donna received the Welborn Cody Scholarship and was a member of the Georgia Law Review. After law school, Donna spent several years at a large, multi-national law firm, originally headquartered in Atlanta, and then attended the University of Alabama School of Law and earned her LL.M. in Taxation, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
Donna resides in Alpharetta, Georgia, with her husband Ralph. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and spending time outdoors.
