Jeremy Moeser is a partner at Caldwell, Carlson, Elliott & DeLoach and has practiced for over 25 years. Litigating on behalf of his clients, he achieves successful outcomes through hard work, attention to detail, and creative problem solving.
Jeremy represents individuals, families and businesses of all sizes, ranging from small privately-held companies to large publicly traded corporations. He regularly appears in state and federal courts as trial and appellate counsel, and has successfully handled a wide spectrum of disputed matters, including:
Jeremy has achieved exceptional results for his clients at trials, in motions practice, and in appeals. Recognizing that every client has unique objectives, he also values the role that alternative dispute resolution may play in achieving cost-effective, efficient results. Jeremy received his B.A. in government and history from the College of William and Mary. He attended Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law and graduated cum laude. At Mercer, he was a member of the Mercer Law Review and the Brainerd Currie Honor Society.
Following law school, Jeremy served as a law clerk to the Honorable William T. Moore, Jr., former Chief Judge, United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia. He then spent nine years at a large, multi-national law firm originally headquartered in Atlanta before joining the firm in 2009.
Jeremy enjoys spending time with his two children, running, and the outdoors. He is a member of First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta and volunteers his time with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyer’s Foundation and Habitat for Humanity.
